Returns & Refunds Policy

Customers may request a refund, return or exchange of items provided the product is:

  • returned within 15 days of the order being received;
  • bedding has not been opened and/or used, is still in its original matching linen bag and has all product tags attached;
  • bedding is in an 'as new' condition for resale; and
  • bedding has not been damaged or marked in any way.

We cannot accept change of mind returns on linen bedding items that have been washed and/or used in any way.

For a refund or exchange on a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at hello@bedbliss.com.au within 15 days of receiving the item, with photos showing the fault. We will then pass on instructions for the return of the item. Faulty items will be exchanged or refunded.

Once your return items have been received we will credit your original method of payment, excluding any postage paid. Please allow 14 days for your bank to process the refund.

Sale goods are final sale items and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
